Standard orders will be sent UPS ground.  Should you need the product faster, please choose another option on the shipping part of the form.

Larger quantities may need to be sent via freight. A representative will contact you should this be the case. 

All orders will typically be sent out the same day if in stock and is placed by 12pm Eastern time, M-F.

Orders placed over the weekend will not be addressed until the next business day (M-F) providing that it is not a holiday.  

A representative will contact you within 24 hours of your purchase to inform you of the shipping status.

Orders shipped outside the US will require additional shipping and handling charges.  Furthermore, additional charges wil be applied torward the order for any "free shipping" promotions for orders outside the U.S.

An email notification will be sent out when the order ships.

All sales are final unless there is neglegence on our part in which we will pay for the shipping back to us. 

Should we make an exception, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.  Additionally, there will be a 20% restocking fee. 

Concrete Sencils Online is not responsible for any damage that was caused during transit due to the shipper, and all disputes shall be handled with the shipper.  We will help in any way we can with the process should this happen.
